Guided by an experienced professional, you’ll prepare classic Piedmontese recipes, creamy fettuccine Alfredo, hand-folded agnolotti plin, and homemade tiramisu, using the tools and techniques of true Italian cuisine. This hands-on experience transforms you from guest to cook, offering all the excitement of a high-level kitchen in a relaxed, friendly setting. After class, dine on your own creations with fine local wine, just as you would in the best restaurant. Led by a passionate local chef, you’ll prepare three iconic dishes: Creamy fettuccine Alfredo Hand-folded Piedmont agnolotti PLIN Homemade tiramisù You’ll knead the dough by hand, then roll it out using a modern electric pasta machine, guided by a local cook who will share stories, techniques, and tips.
