A friendly kitchen in Asti, Piedmont. At Alfredo, you make fresh pasta by hand, learn simple steps you can repeat at home, and sit down to enjoy your dish with a glass of local wine.

We keep groups small and the pace relaxed. Our hosts speak English. We take care of everything so you can cook, taste, and enjoy.
Born from real hospitality
Funded by Alberto De Maio, designer and private chef, and creator of Chefbooking and Chefholiday since 2013 with a nationwide network of more than eighty private chefs. After years of in villa dinners across Italy,
Alberto opened our cozy studio in central Asti.
The project partners with Thomas, owner of Il Cavolo a Merenda just across the street, where kitchen craft meets dining room hospitality.
