During the class, you will explore the unmistakable aroma of white truffle, learning how to enhance fresh pasta with this rare and luxurious ingredient. After cooking, you will also prepare a classic Italian dessert: homemade tiramisu.

Step into a real kitchen in the heart of the Langhe area and experience authentic Italian cooking during the most special time of the year: white truffle season. Guided by an experienced local chef, you will become the cook for a day and discover the true flavors of Piedmont in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

 

During this 3-hour hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, including traditional ravioli and agnolotti, along with a classic homemade tiramisu.

 

You will work the dough by hand and use a modern pasta machine, following simple step-by-step guidance that makes the experience enjoyable for everyone. What makes this experience truly unique is the use of fresh white truffle from Alba, one of the most prized and rare ingredients in the world.

 

You will discover its intense aroma and learn how to pair it perfectly with fresh pasta to create an unforgettable dish.

 

Throughout the class, your chef will share practical tips, local stories and culinary traditions, turning the experience into a true journey into Piedmont culture. At the end, you will sit down and enjoy everything you have prepared, just like in a traditional Italian setting, accompanied by a selection of local wines.
